BeMarketing Ads automation ("the App") is a tool developed and operated by BeMarketing.dk ApS. The App connects to Meta's Marketing API to allow marketing agencies and their clients to retrieve, analyze, and manage their Meta ad accounts programmatically.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

2.Data We Collect

When you connect your Meta account to the App, we may collect and process the following data:

• Profile information: Your name and email address (via public_profile and email permissions).
• Ad account data: Information about your ad campaigns, ad sets, ads, and ad creatives (via ads_read and ads_management permissions).
• Business data: Information about your Business Manager and associated assets (via business_management permission).
• Page data: A list of Facebook Pages you manage and engagement data associated with those Pages (via pages_show_list and pages_read_engagement permissions).
• Video creatives: Video files associated with your ad creatives, retrieved for the purpose of transcription and analysis.

3.How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected solely for the following purposes:

• To display your ad account data within the App dashboard.
• To automatically retrieve and download video ad creatives for AI-powered transcription and analysis.
• To organize and store your ad data and transcripts in connected services (e.g., Google Drive) as configured by you.
• To enable you to create, edit, and manage ad campaigns on your behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4.Data Storage and Security

• Data retrieved from Meta is processed in real-time and, where stored, is kept in secure cloud infrastructure.
• We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.
• We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

5.Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Meta (Facebook): To access ad account data via the Marketing API. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Google Drive (optional): To store transcripts and creative files, if configured by the user.
• Google Gemini (optional): For AI-powered transcription of video ad creatives.

6.Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data (see Section 7 below).
• Withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting the App from your Meta account via Facebook App Settings.
